Friday Exercise

520 calories- jogged for 32 minutes. Threw out my back on Thursday, so walking is tough, let alone jogging. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to use today as recovery day so I can hit it hard again on Monday

1,005 calories- elliptical for 30 minutes, ran for 30 minutes (2.5 miles). I started going to the gym at my work this week because I find its easier to work out longer...the Airdyne gets really boring.

Tuesday Exercise

Yo Juan,

515 calories. Slept in and rushed to get in the 515 calories after work and before Scouts. Took me 35 minutes of elliptical/climber to get there.

Morning is the only time of day to exercise in my opinion. Otherwise I think about having to do it all day.

BTW- nice picture on yesterday's "smooth consistency" post. I am feeling slimmer and its getting much harder to burn 1,000 calories bc my heart rate seems to be harder to raise after a few weeks of working out this hard. I'm totally bored out of my mind by 500 calories on the Airdyne. Oh well, that's the price I need to pay.
