Yo Juan,
515 calories. Slept in and rushed to get in the 515 calories after work and before Scouts. Took me 35 minutes of elliptical/climber to get there.
Morning is the only time of day to exercise in my opinion. Otherwise I think about having to do it all day.
BTW- nice picture on yesterday's "smooth consistency" post. I am feeling slimmer and its getting much harder to burn 1,000 calories bc my heart rate seems to be harder to raise after a few weeks of working out this hard. I'm totally bored out of my mind by 500 calories on the Airdyne. Oh well, that's the price I need to pay.
