August 20th

  • Breakfast- bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats + apple
  • 9:30am- yogurt smoothie
  • Lunch- spinach-filled chicken, red potatoes, zucchini
  • 2:45pm- Cliff bar, banana
  • Dinner- 2 pieces of ham, hash browns, corn on cob, 5 pieces of taffy, 2 oreos
  • 7:45-

I've been doing pretty good thus far on sticking to eating times and ending all eating by 8pm. I think that alone will make a big difference. Even though I haven't restricted any food groups, I seem to be eating quite a bit healthier overall. As you can see, I'm still squeezing in my treats everyday but at least they're not spread out all over the day like usual. Also, I haven't been drinking any soda in case you haven't noticed. Its not one of my rules per se, but I'm trying to avoid it since its one of my big weaknesses.
