Meals/Exercise for the Day


  • No Exercise- got home late from Trent's house and wimped out on exercise
  • Yogurt (100 calories)

  • Slimfast (170 calories)

  • Lunch- chicken, corn, potatoes, water (550 calories)

  • Naked pomegranate juice (320)

  • Dinner at Trent's house- Halibut, Chopped salad, potatoe/onion mix (so good), and coconut rum bundt cake with scoop of ice cream (lots of calories???)

  • Stopped eating at 7:45pm
