- No Exercise- got home late from Trent's house and wimped out on exercise

- Lunch- chicken, corn, potatoes, water (550 calories)
- Naked pomegranate juice (320)
- Dinner at Trent's house- Halibut, Chopped salad, potatoe/onion mix (so good), and coconut rum bundt cake with scoop of ice cream (lots of calories???)
- Stopped eating at 7:45pm
