Food and Exercise Log for Monday

Weight- I'll tell you tomorrow:)
Exercise- Ran for 37 minutes (578 calories)
Food-
  1. Breakfast- 1 bowl of oatmeal square cereal
  2. Mid morning- yogurt (100 cals)
  3. Lunch- brown rice, cauliflauer???, chicken curry
  4. Mid afternoon- string cheese, apple
  5. Dinner- cream of chicken soup + chicken, on red potatoes, pudding (60 cals)
  6. 7:45 snack- nutrition drink (225 calories)
  7. bed time snack- 2 dried apricot pieces, 3 cashews
