Oh the shame!!!

Sorry for the negligence lately. It was part shame and part avoiding the computer while my brother was in town for last 4 days. Mostly the former though.

I know what you're thinking: slacker, weak, no discipline, gluttonous fool! Well, you're right. I was totally weak while my brother was in town and ate about 4,000 calories a day with no exercise. Actually, my whole plan has been pretty weak and needs serious revision.

I'm open for suggestions since timing is running out- I now need to lose 26 lbs. in a little more than 3 months. Summer and I started P90x last night- each workout burns betwee 600 and 1,000 calories so it should help. I'm also eliminating soda completely now- no exceptions.

I keep letting each little event throw me off (campout, football game with friends, visitors, etc.). Sorry for the lament here, but I'm mad that I've been so weak.
