Love the last post you made. True, I've given you a lot to be confident about as I've basically made no progress in 2 months (to the day).

My weight continues to hover between 213 and 214. We've finished 3 weeks on P90x- 5x per week. It's a tough workout but feels great.

Anyhow, you're absolutely right about the 2000 calories. I finally decided to quit with all the other weird rules and just stick to a very simple one- 2200 calories a day + at least 4 P90X workouts per week.

It ain't over yet- but will be soon if I don't shape up!
