GS, what do I think about your food log? It's all about the calories...I'm not adding them up. But, in my opinion, if you're somewhere around 2,000 calories, with fresh fruits & Veggies & whole grains smattered through there, it's probably OK.
I'm not tracking it, but it looks like you're excercising 3-4 times per week. Make sure you're pushing yourself really hard when you do.
In Short, it looks OK to me...keep it up and in my opinion you'll know in 2-3 weeks. If at the end of 3 weeks of a given strategy, the pounds still aren't falling off, then you need to ratchet it up.
Also: 7:45 might be too late to eat.
