Weekend Update

I'm curious to understand why you think 7:45pm is too late to stop eating? Do you usually stop before then? 7:45 seems kind of early to me. I think it is the one rule thus far that has made the biggest difference to my feeling that I am making some progress. I usually do a lot of my worst eating after 8pm.

Weekend Update: Burned more than 1,000 calories (according to my Polar watch and band) by riding my mtn. bike for 40 minutes (just got it tuned up) and by mowing the lawn. That was the first time I've ridden that bike in 6+ years.

I was mediocre with the eating and slipped into some of my usual weekend eating blues, but to a lesser degree. I ate in between several meals, ate later than 8pm on Saturday, and ate too much crap. Lets hope my weigh in tomorrow isn't too bad. Next weekend I need to be stricter with the no eating in between times rule.
