Food for August 19th

Exercise- 25 minutes on Schwynn Airdyne (burned 222 calories)

  • Breakfast- Life cereal (1 bowl), apple
  • 9:00am- yogurt smoothie
  • Lunch- water, baked fish, harvest rice, green beans
  • 3:30pm- cliff bar + 5 peanut M&Ms
  • Dinner- banana, barbeque chicken, white rice, 3 ritz crackers, handful of mini oreos
  • 7:30pm- Single scoop Butter Pecan ice cream cone from Mirandas
