- 7am- Bowl of Life cereal + apple
- 9:30am- Yogurt smoothie + craisins+ cashews
- Lunch- lemony chicken, harvest rice, cooked spinach, sip of choco milk, 2 mini oreos
- 3pm- muesli, mix of bulk candy ($0.50 worth)
- Dinner- barbecue chicken, white rice, butter roll, handful of nuts, one mini choco chip cookie
- 8:15pm- Raspberry Slim Trim smoothie
Violation: ate my last snack later than rule permits (7:45pm), though it was because I was at Young Mens.
