Food for Today:
  • 6:30am- Yogurt (100 calories)
  • 8:30am- 2 pieces of wheat toast with jam (200 calories)
  • 10:30- Slim Fast (170 calories)
  • 1:00pm- Seared Tuna, asparagus, wheat couscous, 2 wontons w/ cream cheese (700 calories)
  • 3:50pm- cheese, craisins, grapes (170 calories)
  • 5:45pm- tuna salad sub on white, sun chips, lemonade (600 calories)
  • 7:45pm- Slim Fast (170 calories)


Drinks:



  • Water

  • 1 Lemonade
