House/Whipcracker- I want you to be fully aware of my plan to take your money and strut about in my size 34 pants.
First, I will not eat food after 7:45. This will shrink my bad eating time from about 2:45-7:45, instead of from 2:45pm until bed time. Now my body will be able to burn fat while I sleep rather than food. I think I can actually handle this rule without too much struggle.
Second, I will only eat food at 6 times per day: breakfast (~7am), mid morning (~9:45am), lunch (~12pm), mid afternoon (~2:45pm), dinner (5:30pm), and night snack (7:45pm). This rule will help me avoid all my constant munching. I will not be restricting what I eat at these times, in the hope that just controlling the frequency of eating will result in weight loss and appetite control.
Thirdly, I will exercise to lose 300 calories per day. Exercise can include my Schwynn Airdyne (takes just 21 minutes to lose 300 calories), resistance workouts (weights/videos), or lawn mowing (burns about 500 calories). I measure calories by wearing my Polar strap and watch.
This is my simple plan, not too overwhelming but challenging enough for me. I welcome your feedback and advice, but this plan is based on what I have seen works for me based on previous failures.
