Exercise- 30 minute walk
- 8am- one bowl of frosted mini wheats
- 9:30am- cashews and craisins
- 12pm- grilled catfish, zucchini, and red beans. Water to drink.
- 2:45pm- carrots, celery, peanutbutter dip stuff
- 4:00pm- ~20 Reece's Pieces
- 5:45pm- 6 inch Subway Cold Cuts, water, cheetos, 2 ghirardelli squares
- 7:45pm- sip of choco milk, yogurt smoothie (130 calories), handful of pecans
Red writing= violation of weight loss principles. In this case, I violated the rule to not eat in between my 6 meals per day. Bad boy!!!
